Regional Health Command Europe COVID-19 Information
The information below provides details on parking, screening and status of specific clinics and departments during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The entry point has been restricted to the main entrance only.
Patients will be screened before entering the building every person will be asked a list of questions pertaining to the risk of exposure to COVID-19. We ask for your patience and cooperation with the staff members managing the screening process. Patients with a high-risk for exposure or with fever and flu symptoms will be re-directed to the COVID tent for specific COVID screening.
The COVID tent is located outside and to the side of the clinic. Providers at these screening facilities follow the Department of Defense and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines to determine if a patient’s risk level necessitates testing. Individuals will only be tested if they have a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher AND cold/flu symptoms such as cough, runny nose and difficulty breathing. COVID-19 related questions can be referred to our COVID hotline at 590-1311.
Primary Care
Changes to hours of operation: No ChangeChanges to appointments: Face to Face for acute care only. Routine care will be rescheduled to a later date. Virtual visits will be used as appropriate if the provider decides that a concern can be addressed by telephone.

Specialty Care (PT, OPT, AND BH)
Changes to hours of operation: No ChangeChanges to appointments: All routine appointments will be scheduled in the future. Acute appointments (Pink Eye, Post-Op, and Patients in MH distress) will be seen as walk-in acute appointments. Patients are also being managed via Provider to Patient T-con when possible.
Changes to service capabilities: None
Limitation on visitors: As needed, patients will be directed to the COVID tent (URI symptoms plus or minus fever.)
