Regional Health Command Europe COVID-19 Information
The information below provides details on screening process and status of specific clinics and departments during the COVID-19 outbreak.
All appointments associated with readiness will now be conducted virtually or telephonically. It is imperative Soldiers ensure their phone numbers are up to date in the system. The Vicenza staff is calling each Soldier at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to conduct the virtual appointment.

Patients who contact the call center (314-636-9000 or 39 0444 61 9000) with fever (subjective or objective) and signs of respiratory illness (cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, etc.) are scheduled for an appointment with the Acute Respiratory Clinic. The clinic will perform rapid tests for influenza and/or strep throat depending on the presenting symptoms, because these illnesses can present with similar symptoms to COVID-19. If the patient is diagnosed with influenza or another condition by rapid diagnostic test and that diagnosis fully explains all of their symptoms, there will be no test for COVID-19.
