Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) Uniform Business Office (UBO) is a consolidated Medical Billing Office. We bill patients and insurance companies for medical and dental services provided in any of our Army Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) throughout Europe.

* Important Information *

At this time we are experiencing a backlog in several areas. Currently we are over 90 days behind in the Check Posting Department for insurance checks. Due to this issue, We Will Not Be Transferring Any Accounts to DFAS or the US Treasury for collection, until this has been resolved. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through this to get caught up. At this time we ask that you please do not contact us about whether or not your insurance payments have been posted, as we will not have adequate answers for you until this is resolved. Thank you for your understanding.

Are you wondering why you haven't been billed for services?

We continue to have a significant volume of returned mail. Most returned mail comes back without a forwarding address. In these cases, the only way for the accounts to be closed is if they are transferred for payroll deduction or administrative offset.

Moving? Please email the RHCE UBO with your new billing address. usarmy.sembach.medcom-rhc-e.mbx.ermc-eubo@mail.mil
