The Grafenwoehr Health Clinic is located on Tower Barracks and provides quality ambulatory care for more than 15,000 Soldiers and their families, while coordinating and facilitating inpatient and specialty care with nearby German host nation medical facilities and DoD partners. Grafenwoehr is home to the Seventh Army Training Command (7ATC), the largest training command outside the continental United States. The Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels training areas provide realistic, relevant training to U.S. Army, Joint Service, NATO and allied units.

TRICARE Service Office (Bldg. 476)

The TRICARE Service Center (TSC) has suspended face-to-face customer service until further notice to implement social distancing measures to protect both staff and beneficiaries due to COVID-19.

All services are available telephonically or "virtually" during TSC operating hours by calling the listed appointment line phone number (CIV: 06371-9464-3000) or (DSN: 314-590-3000) and following the voice prompts OR calling International-SOS 24/7 at +44-20-8762-8384 (overseas) or 1-877-678-1207 (stateside).

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but we remain committed to meeting beneficiary needs during this COVID-19 situation.

If you go to a German clinic or hospital without a referral, you must contact the clinic's TRICARE Service Center (590-3000 or 06371-9464-3000) the next working day to ensure that TRICARE will cover the cost of your care.
