The Grafenwoehr Health Clinic is located on Tower Barracks and provides quality ambulatory care for more than 15,000 Soldiers and their families, while coordinating and facilitating inpatient and specialty care with nearby German host nation medical facilities and DoD partners. Grafenwoehr is home to the Seventh Army Training Command (7ATC), the largest training command outside the continental United States. The Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels training areas provide realistic, relevant training to U.S. Army, Joint Service, NATO and allied units.

If you go to a German clinic or hospital without a referral, you must contact the clinic's TRICARE Service Center (475-7152 or 09641-83-7424) the next working day to ensure that TRICARE will cover the cost of your care.
