COVID Advice Line

If you have questions about the coronavirus, please call our COVID-19 Advice Line at DSN 314-590-8000 or CIV 06371-9464-8000. The line is staffed by LRMC personnel Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m to answer your questions. If you call after hours, you can stay on the line to be transferred to the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line.

Entry points for patients is the front door only.

Entry Points and Designated Parking for Staff

There is designated parking for the patients in front of the clinic and designated staff parking adjacent to and to the rear of the clinic.

Initial Screening

Patients will be screened upon entering the building. Based on the response to the questionnaire and or current symptoms they may be screened in the COVID tent for specific COVID screening rather than proceeding to their appointment or ancillary services.

Changes to appointments: Face to Face for acute care only.  Routine care will be rescheduled to a later date.  Virtual visits will be used as appropriate if the provider decides that a concern can be addressed by telephone.
