Our goal at Regional Health Command Europe is to provide safe, high-quality health care. If you feel like you are not receiving the care and treatment you and your family deserve, if you have concerns about patient safety, or if there are any issues the region leadership needs to be aware of, we want to know.
Whether it’s a compliment or a complaint, using the ICE system is the best way to make sure your comments are heard. The clinic leadership reads each ICE comment and takes the appropriate actions needed. To submit an ICE comment, visit the website: https://ice.disa.mil/, or drop a comment card in one of the ICE boxes at your clinic.
We also encourage you to take time to fill out your Joint Outpatient Experience Survey if you receive one in the mail following a visit at one of our facilities. This is an opportunity to let us know about your experience and positive JOES results in additional funds for that clinic which are used to improve services.
If you have a concern that you feel needs to be addressed at a higher level, please use the link below to send an e-mail to the Regional Health Command Europe leadership team. Please include the area of concern, facility or service you're concerned about, and how best to contact you (please provide phone number if you would like to be called).
Our number one priority is to provide the highest quality healthcare and ensure we enable a medically ready force. If there are ways we can improve our services, please let us know.
