We ask all of our patients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This allows them to be screened and ready for the provider at the appointment time. If you arrive late, which is at the time of your appointment or later, you may be asked if you are able to wait until the provider has a chance to see you later in the day. Furthermore, if you are late, you run the risk of having to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call ahead to DSN 590-2300 or CIV 06371-9464-2300 and select the option to cancel your appointment.
Remember that if you miss an appointment, the community loses 3 appointments – the appointment you should have had, the appointment you need to reschedule, and the appointment that someone else could have had in your absence.
