Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) Uniform Business Office (UBO)

Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) Uniform Business Office (UBO) is a consolidated Medical Billing Office. We bill patients and insurance companies for medical and dental services provided in any of our Army Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) throughout Europe.

* Important Information *

Due to a heavy billing backlog, the Regional Health Command Europe Uniform Business Office will be closed April 9-23 to allow the team to process bills and respond to waiting messages. During this time, phone calls and emails will likely not be answered. RHCE and the UBO appreciates your patience and cooperation as we work through this. We recognize that this closure may be an inconvenience, however it is necessary so that moving forward, we can serve our customers in a more timely fashion. As a reminder, NO ACCOUNTS WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS until these issues are resolved. In the meantime, if you have billing or insurance questions, please contact your insurance company.

Are you wondering why you havenít been billed for services?

We continue to have a significant volume of returned mail. Most returned mail comes back without a forwarding address. In these cases, the only way for the accounts to be closed is if they are transferred for payroll deduction or administrative offset.
