If you have Health Insurance other than TRICARE and you are one of the patients listed below, you are TPC eligible.

Medical Service Accounts

Patients who must pay for health care provided by our military treatment facilites fall under the Medical Service Accounts Program. You are an MSA Patient if you answer "YES" to any one of the following questions. As an MSA Patient you must reimburse the Department of Defense for the cost of the care you receive.   • Are you a...

    • Department of the Army Civilian
    • Department of the Air Force Civilian
    • Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Employee
    • Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) Employee
    • Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Employee
    • U.S. Contract Employee
    • Authorized Foreign Military Member/Civilian
    • A Command Sponsored Family Member of any of the Above

  • If you answered "Yes" to any of the above questions, then you are entitled to Medical and Dental Services (Direct Care) at any of the Army or Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) overseas.
  • Your care is authorized on a space-available, reimbursable basis.
  • Care received outside of our facilities is chargeable to you and will not be billed by our eUBO office. Please refer to your Health Insurance Policy or contact your insurer for details of reimbursement for services rendered by Host Nation Providers.
  • Are you not Command Sponsored nor have any affiliation with DoD; visiting friends and/or family and must obtain medical care from one of our facilities? Learn about Friends or Relatives Visiting from the States.

Medical Affirmative Claims

You are a MAC Eligible Patient if are a DoD Beneficiary including Active Duty, you were injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident, assault, on-the-job injury or other incident resulting in personal injury and your injury is due to the fault of a third party. Learn more about the MAC Program.
