The Joint Commission

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, This Army Health Clinic (U.S. Army Medical Department Activity-Bavaria), in coordination with the Military Health System, is voluntarily making several quality and safety measures public. For U.S. civilian healthcare systems, participation is voluntary. Therefore you might not be able to find the same measures published by some state-side facilities.

IMPORTANT:
Dependent Parents and Parents in Law do not have benefits eligibility under their children's sponsorship. They are required to have their own health insurance and must pay up front when seen at a host-nation facility. However, they can be seen as a pay patient on a space-available basis at the clinic. Please call after 0900 for an appointment.

Requirement for DOD Civilians, retirees and their family members: Host-nation providers require up front deposit before administering care at off post facilities. You may pay in cash or provide a credit card for payment.
Routine care: 250 Euros
Inpatient care: 1,000 Euros
This new requirement does not affect TRICARE Prime beneficiaries.
