In an effort to be as transparent as possible, This Army Health Clinic (U.S. Army Medical Department Activity-Bavaria), in coordination with the Military Health System, is voluntarily making several quality and safety measures public. For U.S. civilian healthcare systems, participation is voluntary. Therefore you might not be able to find the same measures published by some state-side facilities.

Kelley Medication Room (only for refill distribution):

The Pharmacy will fill new prescriptions written by a United States licensed Primary Care Provider and may fill prescriptions from Host Nation providers that are in the TRICARE Overseas' Preferred Provider Network and are written according to U.S. laws and Army regulations.

PRESS 1 for pickup at Patch Barracks or 2 for pickup at Kelley Annex.
When prompted for a prescription number, enter the number located on your bottle label. You are allowed and encouraged to call in your refills up to 7-days prior to running out.

PATCH BARRACKS PHARMACY REFILLS

**All refills must be called in at least ONE business days prior to pickup.**
Since this prescription is ready ahead of time, patients do not need to wait in the main line. Just come up to the Refill Pickup Window and pharmacy staff will assist you as soon as they are able to.

KELLEY ANNEX REFILLS:

**All refills must be called in at least TWO business days prior to pick up. Controlled drugs as well as medications requiring refrigeration cannot be refilled at the Kelley Annex.**

All prescription transfers from United States require at least 1 working day, but based on the workload and product availability may take up to 2 weeks. Please come to the pharmacy 1-2 weeks prior to running out of your medication to assure your prescription will be ready on time.

NOTE: Medication must be on the European formulary to be filled at this pharmacy. If medication is not on the formulary you must see a DOD provider.

Patients 18 years old and older must pick up their own prescriptions. If they would like to delegate that authority they may do so by providing their Military ID card or a front and back paper copy of it to another individual who is picking up their medications.

NOTE: No patient under 15 years of age may pick up medications or be delegated to pick up another individual’s medications.
