Direct dialing from a German contracted cell phone (0800-825-1600) to the toll free NAL number is now available in Europe via landline only.

IMPORTANT - The Nurse Advice Line is NOT intended for emergencies in which life, limb or eyesight are in danger. In emergencies call 112 from any phone - landline or cell - in Germany and request an English-speaking dispatcher.

The TRICARE Nurse Advice Line is a part of your TRICARE benefit and it is available to anyone who is eligible for medical care in our U.S. Army Medical Department Activity Bavaria facilities. Call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line via landline when you need to make decisions about surgery, tests, medical treatments or managing a chronic illness. You can also talk with a nurse about preventing illnesses and improving your family health.

Closed Federal Holidays. and the third Thursday of each month from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for staff training.
