Landstuhl Regional Medical Center offers many high quality specialty care services for active duty service members and their families, as well as retirees, DoD civilians, contractors, DoDEA teachers and their family members.

Please contact the TRICARE Service Center at DSN 590-6443 or Commercial at 06371-9464-6443, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. if you have any questions about this availability report.

Accessing Specialty Care Services at LRMC


Referrals from a military treatment facility
Your MTF provider will send the referral to the TRICARE Service Center Referral Management Office. The referral will be reviewed to determine if the specialty care is available at LRMC or if you will need an appointment with a host nation specialist within the TRICARE network. Next, we will make every effort to contact you within three to four business days. We sometimes have difficulty reaching patients by phone, so we ask that you call the LRMC Appointment Line at DSN 590-LRMC (5762) or Commercial at 06371-9464-LRMC (5762) if you have not been contacted within four business days.

If an appointment is not available at LRMC, then you will receive a call from a Healthcare Finder in the TRICARE Service Center with options for network provider appointments.

Referrals from a network provider
Ask your provider to fax the referral to 06371-86-6376 or to send it in a secure email to usarmy.landstuhl.medcom-rhc-e.list.lrmc-referral-management@mail.mil. Patients may also provide the referral in person at Building 3744 (Landstuhl), Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
