The LRMC Office of the Center Judge Advocate offers limited notary services for documents like certain Powers of Attorney and Family Care Plans that need to be signed in front of a witness.
The OCJA team is not able to notarize any documents that may be placed in a public record, like General Powers of Attorney, documents for buying or selling a house, marriage or divorce, custody, etc.
