LRMC Plastic Surgery Clinic team

We currently are providing care for all active duty service members and their families. All that is needed is a referral from an off-base provider. This referral can even be handwritten in German.

The LRMC Plastic Surgery Clinic team provides inpatient and outpatient surgical health services to include all aspects of general plastics and reconstructive surgery. We also provide cosmetic surgery, which is based on a space-available basis and is fee-based, for all elective cosmetic surgery.

This mission to provide cosmetic surgery is essential to maintain the surgical skill set of plastic surgeons, dermatologists, ENT surgeons, ophthalmologists, and oral surgeons. This service allows our surgeons to maintain their board certification and to train medical students with the skills in cosmetic surgery.

Initial appointments to the Plastic Surgery Clinic require your Primary Care Manager to place a consult. These consults will be reviewed by the clinic staff within 3 business days, and a determination is made whether it will be appointed to our clinic, sent to another specialty for consideration, or deferred out to the TRICARE network of providers.

This decision is based on the nature of the consultation as well as the capacity and capability of the clinic staff. After your consult is appointed to our clinic, you may call and schedule your appointment.

Services are also provided for eligible civilians on a space-available basis. If a procedure requested is not medically indicated, it will be considered Elective Cosmetic Surgery and is governed by Heath Affairs Policy 05-020.

Please give us a call at the above number if you have any questions.

Below are forms that you may print, fill out and bring to your initial appointment for your convenience. Any questions or concerns on the forms will be addressed at the appointment.
