Lieutenant Colonel Stacy Holman

Lieutenant Colonel Stacy Holman

Lieutenant Colonel Stacy Holman enlisted in the Army National Guard as a 91D (Operating Room Technician) her senior year of high school. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI as a Distinguished Military Graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and received her commission into the Medical Service Corps. Lt. Col. Holman’s first duty assignment was in Bavaria Germany, where she served as the Executive Officer for the Grafenwoehr Health Clinic. 
                         
Lt. Col. Holman was next assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized), at Fort Stewart, GA, where she served first as the Division Medical Logistics Officer. She was in command of Charlie Company, 703rd Main Support Battalion and consequently assumed duties as Chief, Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security at Winn Army Community Hospital.

Lt. Col. Holman’s next assignment was at Fort Bragg, NC, where she served as Battalion Adjutant and S-1 with the 32nd Medical Logistics Battalion (Forward). In addition to these duties, she took command of the Headquarters Detachment from August 2004 to January 2006 as the unit trained and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon redeployment, she was assigned to 44th Medical Command Headquarters, serving first as the G-1 and later Secretary, General Staff.  Her following assignments included service at Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, NY, as the Chief, Human Resources (HR) Division; the Office of the Surgeon General, Falls Church, VA, as the Deputy HR/70F consultant and HR Plans and Operations Officer; graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; and most recently at Brooke Army Medical Center, Joint Base-San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, TX, as the Troop Commander and Chief, Military Personnel.

Lt. Col. Holman currently serves as the Commander of the Hohenfels Health Clinic in support of Soldiers and their families at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) in Hohenfels, Germany.

Lt. Col. Holman’s professional and military education includes study at the AMEDD Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Combined Arms and Services Staff School (CAS3). She holds a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and holds certification as a Mediation and Negotiation professional.

Lt. Col. Holman’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Parachutist Badge, the Expert Field Medical Badge, and the Department of the Army Staff Identification Badge.  In 2012 she was inducted into the Order of the Military Medical Merit.


Sergeant First Class Swinger T. Andrew

Sergeant First Class Swinger T. Andrew

Sergeant First Class Swinger T. Andrew enlisted in the Army as a Rifleman (MOS 11B).  He completed One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Benning, GA. His previous assignments include Automatic Rifleman, Bradley Fighting Vehicle Driver, and Fire Team Leader, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division (Operation Iraq Freedom (OIF), Iraq), Fort Carson, CO. After OIF I, Sgt. 1st Class Andrew completed the Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, TX., and graduated as a Healthcare Specialist (MOS 68W). His duty assignments as a 68W include Healthcare Specialist, HHB 75th Fires Brigade, Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Security Escort Medic, Treatment Squad Leader, and Advisor/ Mentor Team Medical NCO, 2nd Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery, (OIF 08-09, Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Afghanistan), Fort Campbell, KY.; Instructor / Writer, HHC 232nd Medical Battalion and Operations NCO, 32d Medical Brigade, Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Sgt. 1st Class Andrew’s military education includes the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Course, Combatives  Level 1, MRAP Vehicle Course, Warrior Leader Course (Commandant’s List), Unit Prevention Leader, Advance Leader course, Senior Leader course, Equal Opportunity Leader Course, Instructor Training Course, Sgt. 1st Class Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Healthcare Administration.

Sgt. 1st Class Andrew’s awards and decorations include the Joint Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal with V device, Army Commendation Medal (4OLC), Army Achievement Medal (5OLC), Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal (5th award), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Iraq Campaign Medal with 2 Campaign Stars, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Development Ribbon (Numeral 3), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (Numeral 3), NATO Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, and Driver Badge (Wheel).
